Every homeowner who contacts Referbin Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Referbin Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
