No obligationTalk to a local provider
Referbin Heating & Air does not have technicians. The people who do the work are independent HVAC providers in our network. When you reach out, you are connected to one of them. That provider is a separate business. It sets its own schedule, prices, and work methods.
Here is the usual order:
1. First, you describe the problem. Say what the system is doing and when it started. 2. Next, a provider in our network follows up with questions. 3. Then, the provider may visit to look at the equipment. 4. After that, you get a quote. Ask for it in writing.
Some providers can respond quickly. Others book out, especially during a heat wave or after a storm. Availability varies, so ask. Request a callback to check provider availability in South Fulton.
If this is your first time, keep this checklist nearby:
In hot, humid months, ask about the outdoor unit, drainage, and airflow. Thunderstorms can cause power surges, so ask whether a surge issue could be involved. Before winter, ask about the furnace ignition, filter, and safety checks. If you smell gas, leave the home and contact your gas utility or emergency services first.
You do not have to accept the first quote. You can ask for a second opinion. You can ask the provider to explain each line item. Costs vary by job and by home, so a written quote is your strongest protection against surprises. Saying no is fine. There is no obligation.
Tell us what is going on, and a provider in our network can follow up.
Or skip the phone and use the request form to ask for an estimate.
